Instructions to apply for a place at the Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall.
Academic year 22/23.

1. Download, print and duly complete the Application for a place at University Residence Halls of the University of Seville here.
2. Attach the documentation required by the University of Seville and follow the instructions indicated in the Call for the Allocation of University Residence Hall Places. The University of Seville will not accept any application with missing documentation.
3. Submit the application at the General Registry of the University of Seville (Calle San Fernando 4, 41004 Seville) or at the Auxiliary General Registry (Paseo de las Delicias, s/n, 41013 Seville) from the day after publication until June 3, 2022, inclusive.
4. Wait for the publication of the lists of applications admitted and excluded for processing, on June 24 and deadlines for correction on June 27 and 28.
5. Wait for the publication of the provisional resolution of admitted applicants on July 1, claims on July 4 and 5.
6. Wait for the publication of the definitive lists of admitted and not admitted of the University of Seville: July 8.

*After having concluded the call for applications of the University of Seville (June 3), if you are interested in applying for a place after the deadline, you can fill out our online form and we will include you on the waiting list. 

Instructions to confirm your place with the residence.

If you are admitted at Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall, in order to formalize your advance registration you must:
Fill in the on-line form on the RESA website (http://mireserva.resa.es/#/requestCalculator/1116) between 8 and 11 July 2022.

After validating your application, between July 11 and 17 you will have to confirm the online contract and pay the deposit.

– From the moment you validate the contract and pay the deposit, you will have 7 days to upload the following documents to your user area:

A photocopy of your identification document: ID/Passport.
In the case of underage residents, a photocopy of the identification document of the parent or guardian.
A passport-sized photograph (in pdf or jpg format, with white background and a maximum of 2Mb).
The SEPA direct debit form duly completed and signed.

*Before July 20th you must be enrolled at the University of Seville, otherwise your place at the residence will be cancelled. I this case, in order to recover your deposit, you will have to present a receipt before July 20.
