- Download, print and duly complete the Application for a place at University Residence Halls of the University of Seville here.
- Attach the documentation required by the University of Seville and follow the instructions indicated in the Call for the Allocation of University Residence Hall Places. The University of Seville will not accept any application with missing documentation.
- Submit the application in the electronic Registry, at the General Registry of the University of Seville (Calle San Fernando 4, 41004 Seville) or at the Auxiliary General Registry (Paseo de las Delicias, s/n, 41013 Seville) from the day after publication until May 30, 2025, inclusive.
- Wait for the publication of the lists of applications admitted and excluded for processing, on June 17 and deadlines for correction from June 18 to June 25.
- Wait for the publication of the provisional resolution of admitted applicants on June 25, claims from June 26 to July 3, 2025.
- Wait for the publication of the definitive lists of admitted and not admitted of the University of Seville: July 7.
Instructions to confirm your place with the residence.
If you are admitted at Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall, in order to formalize your advance registration, you must:
- Fill in the on-line form on the Resa website between 7 and 8 July 2025. After validating your application, you will have 48h to confirm the online contract and pay the deposit.
- From the moment you validate the contract and pay the deposit, you will have 7 days to upload the following documents to your user area:
- A passport-sized photograph (in pdf or jpg format, with white background and a maximum of 2Mb).
- The SEPA direct debit form duly completed and signed.
*Before July 23, you must be enrolled at the University of Seville, otherwise your place at the residence will be cancelled. I this case, in order to recover your deposit, you will have to present a receipt before July 23.
