It consists of duplex apartments of 3-4 single and double rooms. Comfortable, functional, fully-furnished and equipped with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living-dining room, WiFi, etc. so that you feel at home.

Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall is situated beside María Luisa Park, among the main university campus of the University of Seville: Reina Mercedes, Ramón y Cajal, Pirotecnia and the Rectorate building.
The simplest and cheapest way to get to your faculty is walking or by bike, as almost the entire city is connected by bicycle lanes, especially the residence with the university campus, although you can also get the bus (1, 6 and 31).
