This residence is in the perfect spot, right on calle Serpis 27, beside the Tarongers Campus of the UV and the Campus of the UPV. Our main goal is to make our students comfortable, and the location of this building enables quick access to the university area.
Damià Bonet is the residence hall attached to the University of València, but is open to the entire university community. You can share moments with students of the UV, the Polytechnic University, Berklee and many other centres. Furthermore, we invite you to form part of a young, dynamic and cosmopolitan environment, ideal for enriching academic and personal experiences.
The residence hall has modern, functional, single and double studios equipped with kitchen and bathroom, free WiFi, etc.
A space for living and studying at your own pace. Enjoy the freedom of a residence hall, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Welcome to Valencia
Valencia is a magnificent city thanks to its location and cultural value, and a great option for carrying out your degree studies. The beach, monuments and gastronomy are but a few of the great characteristics of Turia the capital, as well as its parks and gardens that will turn your walks into real outdoor adventures. The Mediterranean Sea of course provides great things to do, as well as the historical centre of the city and its emblematic neighbourhoods of Ruzafa and Eixample. And we must not forget the Fallas, one of the most renowned festivals not only in Spain but worldwide.

There are so many things to discover in Valencia that you will find the location of La Concepción Residence Hall just amazing. It is on the Tarongers Campus, one of the three university campuses in Valencia, hosting the faculties of Social Sciences, Law, Economics and the new Teacher Training College.
And best of all, it is well connected to the city, and your a just a stroll from metro line 6 and buses: 9, 17, 29, 30, 31, 40, 41, 71, 81 and 82.
