How does it work?

> You will be attended in a multilingual call center so that you can explain your problem and talk to a professional.

 

>In the telephone medical triage they will assess the need to send a doctor to your home (not available in Salamanca, Granada, Gerona, Pamplona, Orense and Tarragona).

 

>If the doctor considers it necessary for you to go to the hospital and, in case you are not able to look after yourself, an ambulance will be sent to you and, once there, the cost of the hospital care will have to be paid by you, either through your private insurance or by making a payment.
